Bypassing intermediaries

The agricultural fair held last Saturday in Kokshetau differed from the previous ones with a rather modest assortment of products, but this does not mean that it failed. The emphasis was placed on the wholesale sale of manufactured and grown agricultural products in the Akmola region at selling prices of enterprises, bypassing intermediaries. From the field to the counter - this is why consumers appreciate agricultural fairs.

In the midst of trade, which falls in the morning hours, the fair was visited by Akim of the region Yermek Marzhikpayev. Having walked around the shopping malls, having talked with sellers and buyers, the head of the region was convinced that the mechanism of trade without intermediaries, which has been worked out for several years, fully justifies its purpose.

According to the set of products, this fair can be compared with the Vostochny market, where traditionally citizens stock vegetables for the winter. The only difference is that it is 10-15% cheaper here. Kokshetau residents bought potatoes, winter onions, cabbage, carrots, beets in small wholesale, that is, bags. Agricultural producers from the nearest districts of the region were invited to small wholesale trade, who put up for sale 7 tons of meat and sausage products, three tons of dairy products in assortment, 15.5 tons of flour of the first and highest grades in convenient packaging from 2 to 25 kg. And also almost 60 thousand pieces of chicken eggs.
